Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are. BodyTwin is provided by KLYRA INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, C-32, SOBHA IVORY, St Johns Road, NA, Bangalore, Bangalore- 560042, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By using BodyTwin you ("you") agree to these Terms.

2. What BodyTwin is. BodyTwin is a personal health record tool. It lets you record injuries and medical documents on a 3D body map and organise them in one place.

3. Not medical advice. BodyTwin is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Suggestions, including AI-generated placement of an injury or extraction from a lab report, are assistive and may be wrong. Always check them. Never delay or ignore professional medical care because of something in BodyTwin. In an emergency, call 112 or your local emergency service.

4. Your account. You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information.

5. Your data. You own the health information you enter and the documents you upload. You give us permission only to store and process it to provide the service to you. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your health data.

6. AI features. Some features use AI to read text or suggest a body location. Relevant content may be processed by our AI provider only to deliver that feature. You can use the manual options without AI. AI output can contain errors.

7. Sharing. If you share a record using a share link, you choose who receives it. Anyone with the link can view what you shared until it expires or you revoke it. You can revoke it in the app.

8. Acceptable use. Do not upload unlawful content or another person's health data without their permission. Do not try to break, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the app.

9. Availability and changes. We may update, suspend or discontinue features. We try to keep BodyTwin running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Keep your own copy of important records. You can export your records from the app.

10. Deleting your data. You can delete your account and data from within the app. Deletion is permanent. Some limited records may be kept where the law requires.

11. Limits of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on information in BodyTwin, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [Bangalore – to be confirmed] have jurisdiction.

13. Grievances and contact. Grievance Officer: [name – status to be verified], [email – status to be verified]. We will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable time.

14. Changes to these Terms. If we make material changes, we will show them in the app and ask you to accept again. Continued use after acceptance means you agree to them.
