Export your data

Open BodyTwin and go to the Profile tab.
Under Your data, tap Export all my data.
You get a ZIP file with all your records (as a JSON file) and every original file you uploaded.

Export works with or without an account. Without an account your records exist only on this device, so export a copy before clearing your browser data or changing phones.

Delete your account and data

Open BodyTwin and go to the Profile tab.
Under Your data, tap Delete my account and data (signed in) or Delete all data on this device (no account).
Confirm. Deletion is permanent: your account, records and uploaded files are removed.

Export first if you want to keep a copy. If you can't open the app, email admin@klyra.co.in from the address you sign in with and we will help.

We process your data on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw it at any time:

All processing: delete your account (above). Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.
AI reading only (if you switched it on): in Profile → Your data, turn off AI reading (optional). You can keep using BodyTwin without AI.
Share links: in the Vault, open Share links and activity and turn off any link. It stops working at once.

To ask for a summary of your data, a correction, or to nominate someone to act for you, write to admin@klyra.co.in. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
